Terms

1. We can talk about general issues that interest you without going into much detail before making a decision about shooting.
2. After agreeing on the shooting date and making a 30% payment, joint preparation for shooting begins. The payment must be made within 7 days of booking. I assist you in selecting a location, sending references for possible clothing styles, and everything else necessary to achieve the desired outcome. If it’s necessary, I’ll find a stylist and make-up artist for you. Before the start of the shooting, the final 70% payment must be made.
3. Studio rental, the services of a stylist, make-up artist, and assistant are payable additionally upon request and depending on the complexity of the shoot. 
   
4. The pictures are transmitted via a cloud drive. The storage period for photos on disk is 6 months from the date of shooting. An extra fee is charged for extending the shelf life or reloading (after 6 months of storage).
   
5. The pictures that have not been edited are not available for use. They can be redeemed for a separate fee. You can select pictures for editing on your own. 
   
6. Additional pictures can be edited for an additional 300 rub. per photo.
7. Please refer to the photographer’s portfolio, which includes their individual style of taking pictures, processing methods, and the quality of the submitted works. By agreeing to shoot, you are aware of the photographer’s portfolio and agree with the author’s shooting and photo processing style. The individual wishes of the client are always discussed and taken into account by me.
8. If you didn’t show up to the shooting, didn’t inform about the cancellation or delay, forgot, or refused on the day of the shooting, the 30% payment will not be refunded.
9. The shooting can be cancelled 5 days prior to its start. The payment will be refunded, with the exception of any costs associated with booking the studio, location, props, equipment, etc.
10. In case of illness or other valid circumstances, the shooting will be rescheduled for another day. At the same time, the reservation for the studio (if any) is not refunded according to the rules of the studio.
11. The shooting will be cancelled if you are half an hour late.
12. The photographer has the right to use pictures for contests, publications, advertising, public use in the fields of art, and any other commercial use, including publishing works on their social media accounts (future and present).
13. The purchase of licenses for brands, publications, etc. is negotiated separately by us in case of such situations.
14. If you want to take pictures under complete confidentiality terms, then please inform me beforehand. There are no extra charges for confidentiality. But I will be very pleased if I have the opportunity to share the results of our joint work!
    
15. If you agree to a commercial shoot, you can use the images that come out for personal use. These works cannot be used or transferred to brands, magazines, or other parties without my permission.
